In the previous segment you saw that generative AI has had a huge impact on the industry enabling hundreds of new generative AI products getting launched, in a very short span of time.
In this segment, Kshitij will provide a demonstration of some of these noteworthy products and applications that use generative AI. Let’s hear from him in the upcoming video about the same.
Kshitij demonstrated a few generative AI products that are already live and functioning. As you may have already explored on your own, you saw Kshitij interacting with the chat interface in ChatGPT. He also showed the interface associated with Bard, which has a leg up on ChatGPT because it is connected to the internet and can provide up-to-date results. Then, Kshitij demonstrated how to use Midjourney through its discord interface to create custom images.
At this point, you should also interact with the tools mentioned above and generate some content. The links to the tools (or tutorials on how to access the tools) are given below:

Focus on the strengths and weaknesses that these products demonstrate while processing natural language input. In this video, kshitij provided an example of code generation using ChatGPT. Other tools, such as Ghostwriter by Replit and Github Copilot, can also be used to generate code, kshitij also discussed a more technical application of generative AI, which is Med-PaLM 2 by Google. These applications are proof that generative AI models are not just useful in general reasoning and simple tasks but can also be used in highly technical applications, such as software engineering and medicine.
