In the next video, Kshitij will talk about some use cases of generative AI in marketing.
Kshitij started with the example of Persado’s Motivation AI platform. Persado’s marketing platform allows the user to create personalised marketing content and analyse and iterate on existing marketing campaigns. The company’s value proposition is that you can experimentally improve your marketing campaign by focusing on the right metrics and using generative AI to transform existing marketing content to content that is better optimised to achieve those metrics. You can learn more about their approach to experimental design in marketing here.
Next, Kshitij discussed the example of Rephrase.ai. This is a platform that allows the user to convert text into video. Kshitij talked about the example of Mondellez International’s marketing campaign for its product Cadbury Celebrations. Look out for more examples of text-to-video conversions and its applications on the website.
In the next video, Kshitij will talk about a use case of generative AI in the retail industry.
In this video, Kshitij explored two examples of generative AI’s applications in the retail sector. He started with the example of Google’s Virtual Try-on for Apparel. Research shows that customers do not feel represented by the body types and the skin tones of models used in product description images on clothing websites. This leads to misaligned expectations, and customers often end up returning the products they purchase online. To avoid this, Google’s product allows the user to view the clothes sampled on different body types and skin tones. Read more about the launch of this product here.
In the next video, Kshitij will discuss another use case of generative AI in the retail/ecommerce space.
In this video, Kshitij discussed MyFashionGPT, a chatbot created by the e-commerce company Myntra. As you saw in the video, it provides a chat-based interface to help consumers find the products they are products they are looking for easily. you can learn more about the launch of this product here.
This brings us to the end of this segment. In the next segment, we will continue our discussion on generative AI’s use cases in different industries.
